GlenAllachie announced today the seventh batch of its 21-year-old Speyside Single Malt. It was first matured in bourbon casks and then spent longer in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, is bottled at 51.9% and has a recommended price of £297.99. It can be bought at the distillery and online now and will be available internationally in the coming weeks. Billy Walker calls it the distillery’s best-ever release of the 21-year-old.
