We will be visited by Brand Ambassador Fred from Arran and Lagg on Wednesday, Oct. 28, and we will taste exciting bottlings from both distilleries, including 2 brand-new releases that arrive just before the tasting and the oldest released bottling, 30 YO Arran.

On Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 PM we kick off an evening dedicated to Danish whisky with Fary Lochan – one of Denmark’s craft-oriented distilleries, which makes whisky in small batches with a strong focus on craftsmanship. We’ll taste several of their whiskies while snacks/tapas are served along the way.

Whisky & Rum Festival returns to Copenhagen in October.
Look forward to another fantastic festival when the Whisky & Rum Festival once again takes over the heart of Copenhagen in October 2026. Here you can enjoy a wealth of tasting experiences with some of the best whiskies and rums from around the world.
The festival offers a selection of free samples, and there will also be the opportunity to taste more exclusive drams at favorable prices. Behind the booths are some of Denmark's most passionate and experienced importers, ready to share both taste and knowledge.
The atmospheric surroundings in Pressen at JP/Politikens Hus form the setting for two days filled with great stories, high quality and a relaxed atmosphere. With its central location at Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen it is easy to get to — both by public transport and on foot.
The festival is organized in collaboration between Whisky.dk and Ekstra Bladet. It is recommended to secure tickets in good time, as several of the sessions are expected to sell out.
The festival is for persons over 18 years old only.

Tonight's speaker will be none other than the world's greatest whisky personality, namely Billy Walker, who is visiting Tønden for the third time in three years.

The program will consist of 9 exciting single malts, including new single casks that have just been ordered.

The final tasting program will be ready around September 25.

This tasting will be limited to a maximum of 400 participants, as was the case at the two previous tastings.

Eriksen Vinhandel invites you on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 6:30 pm for a very special whisky evening featuring one of Scotland’s most historic and sought-after distilleries – Springbank Distillery from Campbeltown.

We have put together an exceptionally strong tasting lineup of 11 whiskies. Alongside the classic Springbank bottlings, you’ll find some of the distillery’s rarest and most sought-after releases from 2025 and 2026. The evening includes the iconic Springbank Local Barley, Springbank 21 Year Old and, as an extraordinary highlight, the impressive Springbank 30 Year Old.

And as if the lineup weren’t already impressive enough, we have a special surprise up our sleeve for the evening. We won’t reveal what it is in advance – you’ll have to experience it on the night.

Springbank – whisky tradition from Campbeltown
Campbeltown was once known as one of Scotland’s great whisky towns, with more than 30 distilleries. Today, Springbank is one of the producers carrying on the area’s proud history and distinctive whisky style.

Springbank is known for its uncompromising approach to whisky production and its respect for traditional craftsmanship. Much of the work is still carried out at the distillery using time-honoured methods, helping create the distinctive Campbeltown style, with complex fruit, malt, subtle peat smoke and an elegant maritime character.

A rare opportunity for Springbank enthusiasts
Demand for Springbank is enormous, and many of the distillery’s special bottlings can be extremely difficult to find. Even rarer is the chance to sample so many different expressions side by side in one evening.

We’ll be opening bottles normally reserved for collections and special occasions. This is an opportunity to experience Springbank’s different expressions side by side – from the younger, more vibrant whiskies to mature, complex bottlings aged for up to 30 years.

Jakob from Juuls will be hosting the evening and joining us at Eriksen Vinhandel to guide us through the 11 whiskies. With his extensive knowledge of and passion for whisky, Jakob will tell us about Springbank, Campbeltown, the production process and the stories behind each bottling.

The tasting will be held in Danish.
