Description
Cotswolds Distillery has today unveiled the fifth release in its Harvest Series. Round Hill Harvest is bottled at 55% and only 1,200 bottles are being made at £110. The unusual vatting combines whisky from ex-maple-syrup casks, ex-peated-whisky quarter casks and one Oloroso-sherry hogshead. The maple casks make up the majority of the whisky.
