Description
Hensol Castle gets its first whisky in October. Hensol Castle Distillery in Wales is now ready with its first Single Malt Welsh Whisky. The first casks were laid down in 2023, and the three-year-old whisky is made from 100% malted barley using a specially developed wash from Tiny Rebel, distilled at Hensol Castle and matured in ex-bourbon casks, including 200-litre Jack Daniel’s casks. The first Single Cask Collection is bottled at 46% and is expected to be launched in October 2026.
