History

In July 2022, Las Vegas Distillery was taken over by new owners who carried out a complete renovation of the facilities and upgraded nearly all production equipment. The tasting room was redesigned to create a unique experience where you can meet with friends, enjoy cocktails, and experience the atmosphere of Las Vegas in the 1950s and 1960s. The company's purpose and values are described through a mission that emphasizes innovation, tradition, quality, transparency, and building healthy relationships in the community. There is an emphasis on listening to customers' wishes and being a reliable source of information about premium spirits and cocktails. Sustainability and constant improvement of processes and products are also pursued.

Production/Manufacturing

Las Vegas Distillery produces and markets its spirits entirely in-house. The production processes include milling, boiling, fermentation, distillation, and batch distillation and bottling — all performed in-house at the distillery. The desert climate affects aging and provides unique developments in the spirits.

In the range, there are a number of different spirits besides whisky, including gin (London Dry style), vodka produced from white winter wheat molasses and sugar, white rum based on sugar and molasses from Louisiana, spiced rum with spices and sweet notes, coffee liqueur, dark rum, and special releases such as Overproof Rum. Some products have been issued as special releases (e.g., Overproof Rum and single barrel-based bourbon releases).
