Gin: distillation process in a glass-fractionating column apparatus with double maceration and triple distillation; 12 botanicals; distillation corresponds to five traditional distillations per stage.

Whisky: centered around rye malt (green malt rye) and long aging in small 100-liter oak casks, often previously aged sherry or PX wine.
-
Unique and unfiltered whisky: several editions are unfiltered to preserve aroma and body.
-
The production also includes vermouth and vodka, where Lactée vodka uses milk-based alcohol and stringent filtration for high purity.
