History

Founded in 2010 by Evelyn Leyton with the aim of reviving one of history's oldest beverages, mead, for the Chilean market through a gourmet focus and branding centered on identity and quality.
The project began as Andinian Spirits with a focus on a high-quality mead and later development of designs and packaging (designed by María José Ibieta).
Hidromiel DAWÜLLK today positions itself as a world-class mead atelier, based in Valle del Bío Bío, and aims to bring ultra-premium mead to the market.
