Historie
Guillon Distillery is a distillery in the Champagne region, focusing on the know-how carried by the Guillon name. Production includes malt and gin, made by Thierry Guillon, with an emphasis on a traditional approach that respects inherited artisanal craftsmanship traditions.
Produktion / Fremstilling
From barley harvest on the Champagne plains to aging in oak casks from the most famous French vineyards, Spirit of Malt from Montagne de Reims is produced with the utmost respect for time-honored craftsmanship.
Produkter / Whisky-serien
There are 20 products in the portfolio. Guillon produces malt and gin. In the classic range, the malt is aged in casks from various Burgundy wines (3 products). The finishes range comprises 9 products. Prestige vintages consist of 6 products. Other spirits include the El Rico vanilla series, a blend created by Thierry Guillon from aged rums from Guadeloupe and Panama aged in different casks (2 products).
Besøg / Oplevelser
Distillery visits are available Monday to Sunday from 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00.
