History
Distillerie du Gorvello is located in Brittany near Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan. It is a small family-owned agricultural business that primarily grows apples for cider. As a natural extension of this production, they have an integrated transformation workshop in the orchards themselves, where with care and artisanal methods they produce quality products, including eau de vie distilled with their own alembic and aged in oak barrels in the cellar.
Nicolas Poirier, Producer – Processor.
Production
We are both producer and processor and place the greatest emphasis on the quality of our products throughout the entire production process. All our products come from certified organic farming, and some of them carry an appellation. Whether it's for an aperitif, a meal, or dessert, they have a place at the table. The description of our production includes our products: Petit prince Guillevic, Pommeau de Bretagne AOC, Fine Bretagne AOC, Eau de vie de cidre blanche, Cidre de Bretagne IGP, Jus de pomme de Bretagne, Vinaigre de cidre, Gin Heol an Oriant, Tonic pondichery.
Our production is regularly awarded in competitions. The awards for the years 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022 include gold and silver medals for various products such as Pommeau de Bretagne AOC, Poiré de Bretagne, Cidre de Bretagne IGP, and others.
