Distillerie de Paris is a distillery located in the heart of Paris. Founded by Nicolas and Sébastien Julhès, they describe themselves as «spiritueux inspirés» and as «spiritueux de créateur», combining gastronomic experience, flavor and passion for spirits to capture the creative energy of Paris. They emphasize that what they do is central to their approach, and that they are the first distillery in Paris to operate an alambic in the city’s center. - Whisky – SINGLE MALT: Aged around 3 years in Seguin Moreau casks. The production is described as a blend of about five types of malt and a fermentation of 250–300 hours, followed by aging and reduction, which follow Cognac-like methods to achieve a natural body and balance without changing the aromas.
