Historie

Titanic Distillers is based in Belfast in the old pump house at Thompson Dry Dock, in the heart of the shipyard district where Titanic and many of its sister ships were built. Each day we follow in the footsteps of the shipbuilders, and the air is thick with history. In 1911 this old pump house helped launch the Titanic, the world's most iconic ocean liner, and today the city has its first functioning whiskey distillery in almost 90 years. We are a group from Belfast, driven by a shared love of good company, good drink and stories worth telling. We are proud to have brought one of Belfast's most iconic buildings back to life, and our whiskey celebrates friendship and our people – it is the whiskey we want to share.

Daily, our distillers work with passion, precision and purpose to create whiskey rich in aroma and depth. We stand at Thompson Dock, where our distillery appears as a fusion of past and present: tradition meeting modern times, and new spirits distill on-site. Our products are designed to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktails, and our approach reflects the history and spirit that binds the city’s shipyard tradition with today’s craft.

• Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey – 40% ABV. A whiskey that balances the light, sweet vanilla from Irish grain whiskies with the rich, spicy character from triple-distilled malt. Finishes with a hint of smoke and a long finish.

• Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey – Collector's Edition Box Set (70 cl bottle, limited edition, including Glencairn glass and granite whiskey stones).

• Titanic Distillers 5 Years Pot Still Irish Whiskey – 46% ABV. A five-year-old pot still whiskey with a creamy mouthfeel and a longer spicy finish; notes of oak, vanilla and candied ginger.

• Titanic Distillers 9 Years Single Grain Whiskey – 42% ABV. Nine-year single grain, a limited edition (500 bottles), finished in rye, Muscatel and Madeira casks for depth and character; presented with Titanic's hip flask and funnel.

• Spirit of 82 Whiskey – a limited-edition blend themed around spirit of 1982 with no further specification in the text.

• Titanic Distillers Single Malt Irish Whiskey 7 Years Matured Imperial Stout Finish – 46% ABV. A double-distilled seven-year-old Irish single malt, finished in Imperial Stout cask and accompanied by a selection of Imperial Stouts (assembled in a Limited Edition box).

• Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey Collectors Edition Box Set – Box set with 70 cl of whiskey, limited Glencairn glass and granite stones.

• Pumphouse Series 07ST Whiskey – 7-year-old single malt, finished in Terra Nocturne Imperial Stout cask.

• In addition to spirits we also have Glassware and Bar Utensils in our collections to support the experience of enjoying our products.

• Dock Tour: 60-minute guided tour of Thompson Graving Dock. Price from £10.00.

• Signature Tour: 60-minute guided tour of our distillery in the historic Pumphouse, with sensory tasting. Price from £20.00.

• Premium Tour: 120-minute guided tour of both the distillery and Thompson Graving Dock, including sensory tasting and a taste of our 5-year-old pot-still whiskey. Price from £35.00.

• Legacy Tour: 150-minute in-depth tour of the distillery and site, including tastings and exclusive Titanic Distillers gifts. Price around £100.00 per person.

• Cocktail Masterclass: two hours, where you learn to make three signature drinks, including three cocktails and practical techniques.
