From the start, the company has been distiller-owned and -operated, and the team tastes each new batch, regardless of size, to ensure that the bottles they release meet their standards.

Raw Materials and Production

The production is based on in-house distillation of neutral spirit, which is used for both vodka and as the base for gin. Aether Vodka is produced from locally sourced wine grapes and undergoes an exclusive distillation and refinement technique aimed at high purity and a polished character. Gin production involves careful manual handling of botanicals: they are hand-sorted, weighed, and ground, after which extraction occurs via vapor-path distillation in a unique still that the distillery designed and built themselves. All new batches are tasted by the team before bottling to ensure consistency.
