Description
Bruichladdich has now officially opened Series 17 with Octomore 17.1, 17.2 and 17.3. 17.1 is 59.7% and bourbon-matured; 17.2 is 59.5% with, among other things, French red-wine oak and a Port finish; 17.3 is 60.9%, made from barley from Irene's Field on Octomore Farm and matured in, among others, bourbon, Sauternes, Eiswein, Syrah and Ribera del Duero casks. 17.4 won't arrive until October 1 and will be available only directly from the distillery.
