Raw materials and production
Willett works with a range of classic mash bills consisting of corn, rye, barley, and wheat, which are used differently in their Family Estate releases and core products. Several products are composed by commingling two separate mash bills to achieve the desired balance. Some releases are bottled at cask strength, and Willett Wheat is explicitly bottled without chill filtration. The bottle design for Pot Still Reserve is a direct reference to a Willett pot still built by Vendome Copper and Brass, underscoring the pot still heritage in the brand's identity. Maturation and barrel types

Visiting the distillery
The distillery welcomes visitors Monday to Saturday, the Visitor Center is open 10:00–17:30, and reservations are recommended for both tours and The Bar at Willett. The Bar at Willett offers vintage whiskey, classic cocktails, and small plates and is open Wednesday to Saturday with the last reservation at 17:30. The distillery is closed on certain holidays, and occasional construction work is carried out to improve the guest experience.
