Company History
-
Founded in 1870 by BODEGAS Y DESTILERÍAS LEHMANN S.A. as a family distillery in Spain.
-
Second generation: Ismael Curto Curto, who began in 1890 the process of elaboration and aging of our brandies based on soleras, and managed to develop two style directions:
-
LEHMANN: aged in American oak from Pennsylvania, characterized as more elegant and creamy.
-
CURTO: aged in French Limousin oak casks, representing great personality and character.
