History

Gervasi Vineyard opened in 2010 as a Tuscan-inspired resort and winery. Since its inception, the property has evolved into an experience destination where wine production, gastronomy, and guest stays are combined. Over time, facilities have been expanded with additional dining options, a spa, boutique villas, and venues suitable for private events. The on-site wine production has grown to include over 20 handcrafted wines, and the offering includes guided tours, tastings, and a spirits program that complements the resort's wine focus.

Whiskies

In addition, spirits are offered in the resort's shops and bars as part of a broader beverage program. The products are sold both in The Marketplace, via online purchases, and served in the resort's restaurants and bars, where they participate in tastings and pairings.
