History

DikinDurt Distillery is located in the Mohawk Valley in the heart of New York. Our distilled spirits are handcrafted in the Mohawk Valley hills with grain grown in New York State. Spirits can be purchased in liquor stores or in our tasting room. Please check our locations, because even your favorite bar or restaurant may carry our spirits. Production

Our spirits are produced in the Mohawk Valley from corn grown in New York State.

Products/Whiskey Series

• Mohawk Valley Fire – Rested on oak and infused with cinnamon and long red hot chili peppers. (70 proof)
• DikinDurt Honey Buzz is made from the original Mohawk Valley Moonshine, aged in oak and blended with pure local honey. (75 proof)
• Mohawk Valley Moonshine XXX – Corn-based shine with a blend of rye and barley for a touch of spice and sweetness. (90 proof)
• Raspberry, Blackberry & Blueberry Moonshine XXX – The original Mohawk Valley Moonshine infused with raspberries, blackberries or blueberries and natural flavors. (80 proof)
• Toasted Maple Moonshine – Aged in oak and blended with pure local maple syrup. (75 proof)
• Bourbon Whiskey – DikinDurt Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for at least 2½ years and double-distilled in the Adirondack foothills, stored in new charred oak barrels. (90 proof)

Philosophy

Our approach focuses on craftsmanship and the use of corn grown in New York State. The spirits rest in oak and are blended with natural flavors to achieve characterful products. The starting point is local ingredients and traditional distilling craft.

Awards

Raspberry has won a gold medal at The Fifty Best Flavored Moonshine Contest. Honey Buzz has won a silver medal at The Fifty Best Flavored Moonshine Contest.
